The Tree Search view sometimes shows a blank view instead of the folder structure, and the Use Tree pull-down is also empty. This is the case even if the where clauses allow access and the user's group has relevant permission in TSAdmin > Searches > Tree Search.
This problem can be fixed by restarting the Indexing brokers from the Windows Services panel.
- Stop the NPS Child Indexing Broker.
- Stop the NPS Indexing Broker.
- Start the NPS Indexing Broker.
- Start the NPS Child Indexing Broker.
Once the Indexing brokers and up, check that the Tree Search is working normally for users that had access to it.
